Description
TIAM Vita B3 Mist Toner is a lightweight facial mist toner formulated with 3% niacinamide, tranexamic acid, and ethyl ascorbyl ether. The refreshing formula helps hydrate skin while supporting a brighter, more even-looking complexion.
How to Use
After cleansing, hold the bottle about 20 cm away from your face, close your eyes, and gently spray across the entire face. Alternatively, spray onto a cotton pad or your hands and gently apply to the face.
