NEOGEN Dermalogy A-Clear Toner is a lightweight, water-based toner designed to help balance excess sebum and moisture while caring for dead skin cells. Its refreshing formula contains salicylic acid, tea tree, licorice, green tea, raspberry, centella asiatica, and guaiazulene to leave skin feeling smoother, refreshed, and comfortably hydrated.
How to Use
After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with the toner and gently wipe along the skin’s texture. Lightly pat the remaining product into the skin until absorbed.
