MISSHA Perfect Lip & Eye Makeup Remover is a dual-phase remover designed to gently cleanse stubborn eye and lip makeup. Its marine water and oil-based formula helps dissolve mascara, tint, and other point makeup while botanical extracts provide soothing care for delicate areas.
How to Use
Shake well with the cap closed to thoroughly mix the blue and clear layers. Saturate a cotton pad and gently press or wipe over the eye and lip areas to remove makeup. Avoid direct contact with the eyes; rinse thoroughly if contact occurs.
