How to Use

Apply to the upper lashes by placing the brush at the roots for a few seconds, then sweep upward toward the tips. Lightly brush the lower lashes. For a more defined curl, use an eyelash curler before applying. Remove thoroughly with an oil-based makeup remover or cleansing oil.
