Description
This low-irritant, hypoallergenic toner balances oil and moisture, clarifies, and addresses excess sebum, enlarged pores, and blemishes. Ideal for oily, combination, sensitive, and acne-prone skin.
How to Use
After cleansing, apply a few drops to a cotton pad or hands. Gently pat or sweep across face and chin, avoiding eyes, until absorbed. Use daily, morning and night.
