A lightweight hydrating toner formulated with 70% Japanese white birch water, panthenol and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid. The sub-acidic formula helps replenish moisture after cleansing and supports a balanced, supple-looking complexion.
How to Use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount with the palms or a cotton pad. Smooth gently over the face and pat until absorbed. Continue with serum and moisturizer.
